大连理工大学城市学院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 学 院： 管理学院 专 业： 工商管理 学 生： 许 志 文 指导教师： 刘 旸 完成日期： 2016年5月24日  大连理工大学城市学院本科生毕业设计（论文） 汽车金融行业风险控制存在的问题以及对策研究 总计 毕业设计（论文） 25 页 表格 0 个 插图 0 幅 摘 要 当前，我国汽车金融行业发展有一定的时间，但与发达国家相比仍处于落后状态。随着汽车消费贷款额度的逐年增长，汽车金融行业风险控制被重视的程度也越来越高。由于我国个人信用管理体系尚不完善，个人信用观念淡薄，相关法律法规滞后，信用评估与审查机制落后，商业银行、汽车制造商、汽车集团财务公司以及汽车金融公司等主体在信用风险控制方面也缺乏成熟的经验，使得汽车金融行业的风险控制存在诸多问题。如何完善汽车金融行业的风险控制，是关系到汽车金融行业未来发展的关键问题。 基于此，本文分析了汽车金融行业风险控制的现状，剖析了汽车金融行业风险控制存在的主要问题，在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议。 本文的结构安排如下：第一部分介绍了本文的研究背景及意义，并进行了文献综述；第二部分阐述了汽车金融行业风险控制的基本理论，分析了汽车金融行业风险控制的必要性；第三部分分析了汽车金融行业风险控制的现状及存在的问题；第四部分针对汽车金融行业风险控制的问题提出了相应的对策建议；最后对全文的研究进行了总结。 关键词：汽车金融；消费信贷；风险控制 Abstract Currently, the development of Chinas auto finance industry have a certain time, but compared with developed countries is still in a backward state. With annual growth of automobile consumption credit lines, the degree of risk control auto finance industry is valued higher and higher. Because of personal credit management system is not perfect, a sense of personal credit, the relevant laws and regulations lag behind the credit assessment and review mechanisms, commercial banks, auto manufacturers, auto finance companies and auto finance companies and other credit risk control body also lack of mature experience, making risk control auto finance industry, there are many problems. How to improve risk control auto finance industry, auto finance is a key issue related to the future development of the industry.
