关注民众的健康：通渭青树乡村图书馆 信息推送服务之研究 王维平 牛托稳 Focus on People’s Health: Study of the Information Pushing Service in Tongwei Evergreen Rural Library Wang Weiping, Niu Tuowen 摘要：作为现代图书馆，要能得到社会及社区居民的认可，并不是按时按点的开门，准确无误地为他们提供几册图书，而是要密切关注民众的生活细节，掌握民众的生活动态，及时准确地为他们提供他们生活中急需的信息。通渭青树乡村图书馆正是基于这一认识，充分发挥图书馆的信息推广服务功能，帮助社区居民更有效地了解和使用信息，改善自己的生活状态。本文仅就青树乡村图书馆在社区和学校开展健康教育之案例作为研究对象。在整个健康教育项目中，通渭青树乡村图书馆为不同的人群制定相应的健康信息，形式多样，对不同的目标人群采取不同的服务方式，并充分发挥图书馆联盟的作用，共享健康类信息资源，尽可能地将信息在最大范围内推送。文章最后论述了青树基金会在整个健康教育活动中所扮演的角色和所起到了积极的作用。 关键词：青树乡村图书馆, 健康教育, 农村信息服务 Abstract：As a modern library, for the purpose of gaining the recognition of the society and community citizens, is not only opened on time and to supply right books for them，but to focus on the life details of the citizen and grasp their living dynamic situation as well as supporting urgent information they need. On this recognition, Tongwei Evergreen Rural Library put into great play the information promotion function of library to help the community residents to know about and use information effectively to change their living status. This paper takes the education cases held by Evergreen Rural Library in the communities and schools as a research object. In the whole educational project, Tongwei Evergreen Rural Library made all kinds of relevant health information for different groups of people. The library used different service modes to different object groups and brought into full play the function of Library Consortium as well as information resources sharing about health and pushed the information into the maximum extent. This paper at last discusses the active function and the role Evergreen Education Foundation plays as in the whole educational activities.
