Methods We selected three cases of cyclotron radio frequency failures in Nanjing General Hospital during 2012 ～2015, analyzed the reasons for maintenance and targeted prophylaxis. Results Through replacing equipment parts, we improved the daily operation conditions, made in­depth repair, found out the solutions and summed up relevant experience. Conclusion The ’ cyclotron is complex and complicated failures happens frequently, for some, it s easy to find out the reason, while for some, must go deep into the bottom circuit to make detailed analysis according to the principle.
