溶胶-凝胶法制备ZnO-SiO2陶瓷材料的研究 摘要:本文在分析相关的溶胶凝胶法制备两组分玻璃陶瓷的基础上,以正硅酸乙脂、硝酸锌为主要原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备ZnO-SiO2系玻璃陶瓷。测定不同组分玻璃的密度及耐酸碱性。观察凝胶热处理过程中颜色的变化,并通过差热分析,得到了制备微晶玻璃的核化晶化温和晶化温度,为确定制备微晶玻璃的最佳热处理工艺提供了条件。 结果表明:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备玻璃陶瓷,工艺简单,性能优良,化学稳定性较好。成分含量不同的微晶玻璃所得密度不同,且随着ZnO含量的增加而增加。说明ZnO含量的增加气孔率在下降。成分含量不同的微晶玻璃的耐酸碱性也不同,且随着ZnO含量的增加而减弱。相同含量的ZnO耐酸性大于耐碱性。加氧化钴凝胶热处理过程的颜色发生变化,由粉红色变为蓝色。 关键词: 溶胶凝胶法,ZnO-SiO2系玻璃 ,性能测试 The research on preparation of ZnO-SiO2 ceramic material using sol - gel technology Abstract: The preparation of two components glass-ceramics with the sol-gel technology is investigated.ZnO-SiO2 glass-ceramics were prepared by sol-gel technology ,using TEOS and zinc nitrate as raw materials.The density and the resistance of acidity and alkalinity were measured with different glasses.In heat treatment process, the changes of gelatin color were observed.Then the differential thermal analysis were used to gain the coring crystallization temperature of preparation glass-ceramics for choosing the best heat treatment craft of the glass-ceramics preparation. The results shows that using the sol-gel technology to prepare the glass-ceramics have such advantages as simply craft,excellent capability and good stability.Tcontain the different content of ZnO not only have the different density but also the different resistance of acidity and alkalinity.Increasing the content of ZnO can increase the density ,but reduce the resistance of acidity and alkalinity.those phenomenon can be explained with this “with the content of ZnO increasing, porosity is dropping”.Besides, when The glass-ceramics contain the same ZnO ,the acid resistance is better than the alkalinity resistance .And in heat treatment process,the gelatin ’s color will turn pink to blue with adding the powder blue.
