D ue to the complexity of the SWS, the equivalent ci cuit method ( ECM) was adopted to calcu late the dispe sion of the SWS. The ci cuit pa amete s of the cavity and the coupling slot have been studied in detail. The dispe sion of the SWS, which includes diffe ent dimension w ith a ound o a ectangula beam tunnel at the f equency 012THz and 0225THz, was theo etically calculated. Specified elect omagnetic softwa e was utilized to simulate the dispe sion, the coupling impedance and the cha acte istic impedance of the SWS. By compa ison, the theo etical esults of the dispe sion ag ee well with the simulation esults.
