农业机械质量调查办法(国外英文资料) Measures for the investigation of agricultural machinery quality (promulgated by order No. sixty-ninth of the Ministry of agriculture in August 20, 2006 and effective as of November 1, 2006) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to regulate the agricultural machinery quality survey, strengthen the quality supervision and management of agricultural machinery products, maintenance of agricultural machinery users and producers and sellers of the legitimate rights and interests, on the basis of the Peoples Republic of China Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Law, to develop this approach. The second term of the agricultural machinery quality survey (hereinafter referred to as the quality of investigation), refers to the administrative department of the peoples governments at or above the provincial level of agricultural mechanization to agricultural machinery products with specific types of applicability, safety, reliability and customer service service status investigation supervision activities. Third, the Ministry of agriculture is responsible for the national quality survey work, unified quality survey norms, coordination of inter provincial quality survey, and formulate and organize the implementation of the national quality survey plan, published findings. The administrative department for agricultural mechanization of the peoples governments at the provincial level shall be responsible for the quality investigation within their respective administrative areas, and shall formulate and organize the implementation of the quality survey plans in their respective administrative areas and publish the findings.
