基管对单排矩形翅片管流动与换热特性数值模拟
随着我国科技、经济的迅速发展能源紧缺,对各个领域换热的研究,而平直翅片管式换热器作为热力系统和制冷空调装备中的一个重要部件,所以对它的研究受到了科研人员的青睐。平直翅片管式换热器有着诸多优点,承受高温高压、适应性强、工作可靠、制造简单、生产成本低、选材范围广等使它在能源、化工、冶金、石油等领域得到广泛的应用。因而,对其翅片管流动与换热特性的研究具有十分重要的意义。
本文通过运用CFD软件对单排矩形翅片管换热特性进行了数值模拟,探讨基管相对于翅片前缘位置的改变对翅片表面的对流换热、翅片效率产生的影响。通过数值模拟分析得出入口流速、翅管管径以及基管离翅片入口段的不同位置l/d对流动换热的影响,得到了雷诺数Re与努塞尔数Nu、阻力系数f的关系,分析翅片位置、翅管管径等因素对平直翅片管流动与换热性能的影响,得出换热性能最优的翅片结构,为工业应用上平直翅片管结构的设计和改进、优化分析提供理论依据。

With the rapid development of science and technology, economy and the growing shortage of energy research in all areas of heat transfer equipment is widely used to strengthen the technology more and more urgent, straight fin and tube heat exchanger as a thermodynamic system and refrigeration and air conditioning equipment is an important component, so its research favored by researchers.
