民用建筑给水排水设计 摘 要 本设计是某二十层民用住宅楼的建筑给排水设计，主要包括给水系统、排水系统消防 系统、屋面雨水系统四个部分。 给水系统采用分区供水，一到四层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。五层到二十层为 高区，采用变频泵加压的供水方式，由建筑物外的储水池供给；排水系统采用的是污、废 合流制，底层单独排水，厨房排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，卫生间设专用排气管；消防系统 设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min 的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮 水池内抽取；雨水采用的是内排水系统，雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水管和排水管分 别采用给水钢管和PVC塑料管，消防系统采用镀锌钢管。 设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算 以及各种设备的选型算最后用, , CAD 绘制了各个系统的平面施工图和系统轴侧图。 关键词：高层建筑 ；建筑给排水；给水管材 Abstract Thisdesign isa 18layersbuildingsofthepublicresidencebuildingto ,completingthe design of thewater supply system anddrainingthesystem,fire fight system,thehotwater system andthe system oftheroofrainwater.
