基于PLC的全自动洗衣机控制 摘要 随着人们生活水平的不断提高，洗衣机已经作为一件必备实用的家用电器进入了千家万户。人们对洗衣机依赖性的加强也必然要求着洗衣机的各相性能得到同步加强，要求着洗衣机适应各种不同使用环境的能力得到进一步提升。近年来，可编程控制器在我国的迅速发展，它所具有的功能性强、可靠性高、配制方法灵活等特点是其它控制器所无法匹敌的，因此，它被越来越广泛的应用于各类工业控制领域并加快了向民众生活进军的步法。 本文讲述的是如何利用 PLC 实现全自动洗衣机的控制，实现洗衣、清水、脱水的全自动控制。本文结合 任务设计书的要求，以洗衣机为研究对象，采用了三菱公司 FX2n 系列可编程逻辑控制器作为洗衣机的控制器。对洗衣机的控制系统的总体功能进行了分析，阐述了可编程逻辑控制器的组成和工作原理。并提出了洗衣机硬件的各组成模块及详细的硬件模块设计方案。本设计改善了洗衣机系统的控制品质，并真正地达到了实时全自动控制的要求。 关键字： 洗衣机； 全自动； 可编程逻辑控制器； 控制 Summary With the continuous improvement of peoples living standard, the washing machine as an essential and practical household appliances into the millions of households. People dependent strengthening for the washing machine inevitable requirement for the performance of the washing machine synchronization and strengthen requirements with the washing machine to adapt to the different capacity of the environment. In recent years, the rapid development of Programmable logic controller in China, it has the functionality, reliability, and flexible method of preparation is characterized what unmatched by the other controller. This article describes how to use a PLC to control the automatic washing machine to achieve the laundry, clean, dehydrated automatic control. In this paper, the requirements of the mission design books, washing machine for the the Mitsubishi FX2n series programmable logic controller as a washing machine controller. The overall function of the washing machine control system is analyzed on the composition and working principle of the programmable controller. And washing machine hardware building blocks and detailed design of the hardware module. This design improves the quality of washing machine control and meet the requirements of real-time automatic control.
