复方当归注射液穴位注射联合颈神经根阻滞治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究 李浪平 顾明红 朱婵 李传明 王超 【摘要】 目的 探讨复方当归注射液穴位注射联合颈神经根阻滞治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。 方法 96例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组：A组（48例）行复方当归注射液穴位注射联合颈神经根阻滞治疗，B组(48例)单行颈神经根阻滞。两组均每周治疗一次，共三次。治疗后1周、3周、3个月对2组疗效进行随访。 结果 两组治疗后1周、3周、3个月VAS值较治疗前明显降低(P0.01)；治疗后3个月VAS值A组较B组明显改善(P0.05)。A、B两组治疗后3个月改良Macnab疗效评定差异有统计学意义(P0.05)，有效率分别为95.8%，91.7%，A组疗效优于B组。 结论 复方当归注射液穴位注射联合颈神经根阻滞治疗神经根型颈椎病远期疗效优于单行神经根阻滞治疗，并能使曲安奈德的用量降低。 【关键词】 神经根型颈椎病；复方当归注射液；颈神经根阻滞；夹脊穴；CGRP Clinical study of acupoint injection of compound angelica injection combined with cervical roots block for treating patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy Li langping, Gu Minghong, Zhu Chan, Li Chuanming, Wangchao Department of Pain, Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai 201800, China 【ABSTRACT】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection of compound angelia injection compound with cervical roots block in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSA). Methods 96 patients with CSA were randomly divided into combining group (group A, 48 cases) and roots block group (group B, 48 cases). Both groups accepted treatments once per week, and the total therapy time was three weeks. The effect was assessed by 1 week, 3 weeks, 3 months after treatment. Results By 1 week, 3 weeks and 3 months after treatment, the value of VAS in two groups were remarkably lower than before treatment (P0.01). Compared with those in group B, VAS scores and Macnab assessment in group A were significantly improved at 3 months after treatment (P0.05). The effective rate at the third month were 95.8%, 91.7% in group A and B respectively.
