Then it is suggested that the system should meet the requirements of strengthening the learning of basic subjects, expanding specialty scopeand emphasizing the syncretism of science and engineering. The importanceof theengineering innovation and application, general edu cation and ability exploitation is also stressed on. Finally, the idea ofone starting points, two essen tials, three experimental platforms and multiple skills training is put forward to optimize thecurricu lum system construction for materials physics specialty of efei University of Technology.
