河南理工基坑支护

摘 要 武汉市泰合小区3#住宅楼,拟建建筑场地的东侧和南侧现为公路,设置地面荷载为20kPa,北侧和西侧为同小区其他建筑物,基坑深度均大于本设计基坑,地面荷载设为10kPa,拟建住宅楼高度为80m,基坑深度为8m,设置两层地下室,作为停车场和机房用地,基坑四周距离围墙15m左右,采用排桩加锚杆支护,其中AB、AD侧采用单排锚杆,BC、CD侧设置两排锚杆进行支护。AB、AD侧桩的嵌固深度为5.5m,BC、CD侧为6.0m,总的桩长在14.0m左右。锚杆AB、AD侧锚杆长为20.0m,BC、CD侧一层锚杆长15.16m,二层锚杆长为18.84m,设计中还对基坑进行降水,采用轻型井点降水系统,井点管间距周边为3.2m,角落地方为2.8m,选用两台3B-19型离心泵,轴功率为8.0kW。所以根据场地工程地质条件,为了满足此挡土墙和边坡的安全、经济、合理等问题,最终确定采用排桩支护、桩锚支护和放坡支护开挖三种支护方式经过几种方案的优选,四周均采用桩锚支护方案,满足工程要求。 本设计主要对此基坑工程进行方案论证选择、设计计算及基坑降排水和工程监测。 关键词:基坑支护;桩锚支护;基坑降水;工程监测 Abstract Wuhan City, the Tai He biotope proposed residential buildings, The east and south of the proposed building site is now the highway, set the ground load 20kPa, north and west with the other buildings of the district, the pit depth is greater than the design pit, the ground load is set to 10kPa, The proposed residential building height of 80 meters, the pit depth of 8 meters, set up a two-tier basement car park and the engine room space, pit distance fence around 15 meters or so.
