摘 要 本设计课题是洗发水瓶盖注塑模具的辅助设计与制造，分为注塑模具三维设计和二维装配图及零件图三部分。塑料瓶盖的材料选用聚丙烯。首先用Pro/e进行洗发水瓶盖的三维造型，利用CAD/CAE作出辅助分析，通过查阅各种资料，完成包括形状及尺寸方面的数据运算，然后根据洗发水瓶盖的结构特点设计了模具的型芯、型腔、脱模及整体结构。此模具的结构较为复杂，动模和定模都采用了镶拼结构。由于生产批量较大，采用一模两腔、对排的布置方式。由于聚丙烯对热较敏感，且此塑件的壁厚较薄，经过计算此设计可以不必加设冷却水道。此外，为了缩短模具的生产周期，提高生产率，本设计在很多地方采用标准件，例如模架，导柱导套。在此基础上，应用CAD软件画出整个注塑模具的装配图以及零件图，并标注完全。最后完成整套模具的设计，可以对实际生产起到指导作用。 关键词：洗发水瓶盖；注塑模；聚丙烯；型芯；型腔  ABSTRACT This issue is the assisted design and manufacturing of the injection mold of cap of shampoo bottle, which is including three-dimensional design of injection mold and two-dimensional map of assembly and parts drawings. Shampoo bottle is made of polypropylene. First Pro/E is used to form three-dimensional shape of the cap of shampoo bottle, CAD/CAE makes an assisted analysis. After reading a variety of available information, the data computation of the shape and size could be completed. And then the cap of shampoo bottle in accordance with the structural characteristics of the design of the mold the core, cavity, and the overall structure of molding. The structure of this mold is rather complex, the dynamic and determined mold are both adopted composite structure. Due to the larger quantities of production, A two-mode cavity is used, the arrangement of row. As the polypropylene is more sensitive to heat, and the thinner wall thickness of plastic parts, in this design can be calculated do not need additional cooling water. In addition, in order to shorten the production cycle of mold, and improve productivity, the design adopts standard in many places , such as mold, lead guide sets of columns. Based on that, the application of CAD software to draw the entire injection mold assembly, as well as parts of the map, and marked completely. Finally, a complete set of mold is designed, which can play a guiding role in the actual production.
