液力变矩器闭锁与滑差液压控制系统论文
中文摘要
液力变矩器在轿车、载货汽车和工程车辆上得到日益广泛的应用, 它可以使车辆起步平稳,减少传动冲击,但是液力变矩器开始闭锁直至闭锁完成的过程中,泵轮和涡轮的转速与转矩的变化,以及发动机一定惯性能量的释放,将以转矩扰动的形式传递给传动系,并带来闭锁冲击。因此如何更为合理的选取液力变矩器闭锁点,为改善闭锁品质提出合理化建议的研究成为一热点。
本课题的主要研究内容是用传统的方法确定XXX推土机所使用的液力变矩器的闭锁点,然后对液力变矩器闭锁点进行优化设计,优化设计的过程中综合考虑了闭锁前后发动机转速突降造成的惯性能量的释放,以及闭锁前后变矩器输入、输出转矩的变化,在二者最优解之间通过目标规划法建立统一目标函数,并寻优得到最为合理的闭锁点。
鉴于目前液力变矩器闭锁与滑差控制技术的发展趋势,本文在第五章对液力变矩器闭锁与滑差控制技术也进行了探讨,并初步设计了闭锁与滑差控制系统原理图。

Abstract
Hydraulic torque converter is used widely in the car, truck and construction vehicle. It can make them start smoothly, reduce the impact, but when hydraulic torque converter starts to block until the blocking process complete, the speed and the torque’s change of the pump and turbine, as well as certain inertia energy released by the engine, these will be passed to the power transmission by the way of the torque perturbation which will bring impact. Therefore, the research of how do the more reasonable selection of hydraulic torque converter blocking spot, and proposing the rationalization proposal for the improvement block system quality has become a hotspot.
The subject of research is to determine the block spot of the XXX bulldozer’s hydraulic torque converter with the traditional method, then carries on the optimized computation to the blocking spot of the hydraulic torque converter, around the released inertia energy because of the engine speed which has dropped suddenly, as well as the input and output torques change, establishes objective function through the target programming law between the two optimal solution, obtains the more reasonable block system spot.
In view of the fact that present hydraulic torque converter’s block system and the slippery difference control technologys trend of development, this article has also carried on the discussion in the fifth chapter to the hydraulic torque converter’s block system and the slippery difference control technology, and preliminary design schematic diagram of the block system and slip
