摘 要
火力发电是我国电能生产的主要形式,随着国民经济的发展,发电厂的机组容量逐渐增大,对大容量锅炉的需求也逐渐增多。室燃炉是我国目前电厂锅炉的主要类型,其中以煤粉炉为主得到了广泛的应用。在燃烧煤粉的煤粉炉中,燃料是悬浮在炉膛空间内进行燃烧的,煤粉燃料是由燃烧器一次风气流携带喷入炉膛。燃烧器是煤粉锅炉的主要燃烧设备,其性能对燃烧的稳定性和经济性有很大的影响,一个好的燃烧器应组织良好的空气动力场,并且运行安全可靠。根据其出口气流的特征,煤粉燃烧器主要分为直流燃烧器和旋流燃烧器两大类,这两种类型各有优缺点。本设计主要为直流煤粉燃烧器的设计,根据煤种和锅炉参数的不同合理选取。包括各喷口的形式、大小、布置的设计及一、二、三次风的选取等,并用CAD绘出燃烧器的形式。最后用Fluent软件计算四角切圆燃烧炉膛的流场,得出煤粉颗粒的运动轨迹。

Abstract
The thermal power is the main form of energy production in China, with the development of the national economy, a power generation unit capacity gradually increases,and the demand for lager-capacity boiler is gradually increased. Room stoves are at present the main types of boilers in power plants in china, which has been widely applied to pulverized coal. In the pulverized coal boiler, the burning fuel were suspended in space of the furnace. The pulverized coal fuel were carried by primary air what were sprayed into the furnace. Burner is a main combustion of pulverized coal-fired boiler equipment, its performance has a great influence on the combustion stability and economy. A good burner should be well-organized aerodynamic and safe and reliable operation. According to the characteristics of the outlet flow, the pulverized coal burner is divided into two categories:direct current(DC) burner and swirl burner. Each has advantages and disadvantages. The mean design of DC pulverized coal burner. According to the coal and the different parameters of boiler, the design of the burner should be selected reasonably, including the form, size, layout design of the vents and the selection of the Primary,secondary,tertiary air. And draw the form of burner by CAD. Finally calculate the Corner Tangential burning flow field in furnace using the Fluent software, and derive the trajectory of coal particles.
