气幕挡墙中包夹杂物去除及其机制影响数模研究 黄奥,汪厚植,顾华志,张美杰 (武汉科技大学湖北省耐火材料与高温陶瓷重点实验室,武汉,430081) 摘 要:根据某厂实际中间包的操作工艺参数,考虑中间包内夹杂物的碰撞长大、壁面吸附、Stokes上浮及气泡吸附作用,用拉格朗日随机轨道模型模拟计算了气幕挡墙中间包内夹杂物的运动轨迹及去除率,分析了影响夹杂物运动及去除率的因素,并进行了工业试验。研究表明:气幕挡墙中间包内夹杂物通过碰撞长大、Stokes上浮作用、耐火材料壁面吸附作用、气泡对夹杂物的粘附作用而去除,该技术较好地促进了微小夹杂物的去除。壁面吸附及夹杂物的碰撞长大对夹杂物去除率的影响不大,只占总去出率的4%左右;大颗粒夹杂物主要通过Stokes上浮作用而去除;小颗粒夹杂物主要靠气泡吸附作用而去除,占去除率的50%以上。工业试验表明,中间包合理使用气幕挡墙技术能有效去除夹杂物,适应纯净钢冶炼需求。Inclusion Removal and Mechanism Effect in the Gas Curtain Tundish HUANG Ao, WANG Hou-zhi, GU Hua-zhi, Zhang Mei-jie (Wuhan University of Science and Technology ,the Hubei Province Key Laboratory of Refractories and Ceramics, Wuhan 430081, China) Abstract: According to the structure and the operating parameters of tundish at some plant, considering inclusions collision and rising, absorption of refractory wall, Stokes floating and bubble flotation, inclusion trajectories and removal in the gas curtain tundish were simulated using Lagrangian random particle tracking approach. The factors affecting particle moving and removal were analyzed and the mathematical model for calculating inclusion removal in the gas curtain tundish were more accurate,then commerical test was put into effect. The results show that: The inclusions in the gas curtain tundish can be removed by mechanisms of inclusions collision and rising, sticking of refractory wall, Stokes floating and bubble flotation, smaller inclusions removal was greatly improved by this technique. Inclusions collision and rising, sticking of refractory wall have little effect on the removal rate of inclusions, which account for only 4% of total removal rate. The big size (diameter more than 50μm) inclusions are removal primarily by Stokes floating, while the small size (diameter less than 50μm) are removal primarily by bubble flotation which account more than 50% of total removal rate.
