The exacerbated changes in the external environment and doleful non-ferrous metal market result in the grim situation of the development of Ganzhou nonferrous metals industry cluster. Managing the industrial cluster by integration of the supply chain can optimize the operating mechanism of non-ferrous metal industry cluster and promote the upgrading of the industry.
