The incidence of GYN in male is between 32% - 65%, and in males aged 15 - 40, the incidence is about 65%. Among them, a half or more than a half of patients with GYN cannot find a clear rea- son, typically this will be the case on a clinical diagnosis of idiopathic GYN.
