Application of a wide - support windproof electrode can increases the dust collection area of the electrode and windproof reduces the re - entrain dust on the electrode. The test on the discharge characteristic of this electrode in the laboratory has indicated that it can effectively avoid or reduce the occurrence of discorona , improve the distribution uniformity of current intensity and increase the dust removal effi ciency of the precipitator. So this is an effective measures to solve the high ratio resistance dust.
