临床路径模式在呼吸内科护理实习带教中应用效果观察   [摘要] 目的 分析临床路径模式在呼吸内科护理实习带教中的应用效果。 方法 选取2015年7月~2016年2月在我院呼吸内科进行临床实习的90名护理实习生作为研究对象,将所有实习生随机分为两组,各45名。对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用临床路径带教模式,比较两组实习生的考核成绩、带教老师对实习生工作的满意度评分、实习生对带教老师的教学质量评分及护理满意度进行评价。 结果 观察组实习生考核成绩、工作能力、工作态度、进取精神、对带教质量评分及护理满意度均高于对照组,观察组差错事故评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 临床路径模式在呼吸内科护理实习带教中应用效果显著,明确了教学目标,在提高教学效率的同时提升了护理满意度,在临床应用中具有推广价值 [关键词] 临床路径;带教模式;呼吸内科;护理实习;应用效果 [中图分类号] G424.1 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-9701(2016)34-0128-03 Application effects of clinical pathway model in respiratory medicine nursing practice teaching WANG Baoxia YAN Fang WANG Xiaoying Department of Respiration,Macheng People’s Hospital in Hubei Province, Macheng 438300, China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effects of clinical pathway model in respiratory medicine nursing practice teaching. Methods 90 nursing trainees who received clinical practice in our respiratory medicine of hospital from July 2015 to February 2016 were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group. Control group received conventional teaching model, observation group received clinical pathway teaching model. The examination results of two groups of trainees, teachers to trainees work satisfaction score, trainees to teachers teaching quality score, nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The trainees examination results, working ability, work attitude, enterprising spirit, errors accident scores, teaching quality scores and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group, errors accident scores in observation group were less than that of the control group,the differences were significant(P0.05). Conclusion Clinical pathway model in respiratory medicine nursing practice teaching has significant application effects. It defines teaching aims, improves teaching efficiency and increases patients’ nursing satisfaction, which has promotional value in clinical application. [Key words] Cl
