以慢性肾脏病为例探析应用CBL及PBL联合教学法在中西医结合肾脏病专业教学实践 [摘要] 我国研究生教育改革正在稳步推进,特别是专业学位研究生教育和教学工作的革新有为显著。最为明显的改革是临床专业学位研究生有更多的时间在临床科室直接观摩和参与临床实践工作。但是,这样的培养模式不可避免地带来课堂教学工作的课时数减少,研究生系统学习专业知识的时间减少。笔者作为研究生导师一直思索如何能够在不影响研究生教学工作计划的基础上,在有限的时间之内开展中西医结合临床专业学位硕士研究生的教学工作。苏州大学附属第一医院中西医结合科教研室探索引入病例教学法(CBL)并与问题教学法(PBL)联合教学的方式在中西医结合临床(肾脏病方向)专业研究生中开展相关的教学工作,针对学科的发展重点和学生的专业方向围绕慢性肾脏病(CKD)的相关病种开展教学工作取得了较好的效果,为今后培养中西医结合临床专业学位研究生探索出一条适合的教学和教育发展模式

[Abstract] Graduate education reform in our country is steadily push forward, especially in the innovation of teaching for the professional degree graduate education is significantly. Clinical professional degree graduate students have more time directly involved in clinical practice in clinical departments. However, the classroom teaching training hours reduced, the graduate student have less time to learn professional knowledge, especially ablut how to establish the research direction for graduate student brings great challenge. Clinical professional graduate students of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine need to master two aspects of knowledge in clinical practice. For these reasons, the author thinking about how to able to work without affecting the graduate teaching plan, within a limited time to carry out on the basis of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical professional degree of master graduate student teaching. The teaching and research section of Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University explores the introduction of case based learning (CBL) with problem based learning (PBL) method for professional graduate students to carry out the relevant teaching work.
