低剂量沙利度胺联合常规化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤临床疗效 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨低剂量沙利度胺联合常规化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效。 方法 回顾性分析2010年1月～2016年1月期间来我院治疗的53例多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床资料，按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组26例，观察组27例，对照组使用传统化疗方法，即VAD化疗方案。观察组使用低剂量沙利度胺联合常规化疗方案治疗。比较两组临床疗效、无进展生存时间（PFS）和总生存期（OS）、不良反应发生情况。 结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 低剂量沙利度胺联合常规化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效显著，可有效延长患者的无进展生存时间和总生存期，安全性高，建议在临床推广应用 [关键词] 多发性骨髓瘤；沙利度胺；低剂量；化疗 [中图分类号] R733.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）34-0073-03 Clinical efficacy of low dose thalidomide combined with conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma CHU Xiaoli LI Duo Department of Hematology， Shenyang Fourth People’s Hospital， Shenyang 110032， China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-dose thalidomide combined with conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with multiple myeloma treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the method of random number table： 26 cases in the control group， and 27 cases in the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy，namely VAD chemotherapy. The observation group recieved low-dose thalidomide combined with conventional chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy， progression-free survival（PFS）， overall survival（OS） and adverse events of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Low-dose thalidomide combined with conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma has a significant effect，and can effectively prolong the progression-free survival time and overall survival with high safety， which is recommended in clinical application.
