冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者口服麝香保心丸耐受性及安全性探究 　　【摘要】 目的 探析冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者口服麝香保心丸的耐受性及安全性。方法 60例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 各30例。对照组患者采用常规冠心病稳定型心绞痛药物治疗， 观察组在常规药物基础上给予患者口服麝香保心丸治疗。对比两组患者药物治疗效果、耐受性和用药后不良反应发生情况。结果 对照组显效5例、有效19例、无效6例， 观察组显效10例、有效19例、无效1例；观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%， 明?@高于对照组的80.00%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 针对冠心病心绞痛患者采用口服麝香保心丸药物， 相比于传统药物治疗效果更佳显著， 且药物耐受性良好， 用药不良反应少， 值得推广 【关键词】 冠心病心绞痛；麝香保心丸；耐受性；安全性 DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.32.040 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate tolerance and safety by oral administration of Shexiangbaoxin pills by coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug therapy for coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris， and the observation group received additional oral administration of Shexiangbaoxin pills. Comparison was made on curative effect by drugs， tolerance， and adverse reactions after administration between the two groups. Results The control group had 5 excellent cases， 19 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases， and the observation group had 10 excellent cases， 19 effective cases and 1 ineffective case. The observation group had higher total effective rate as 96.67% than 80.00% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of oral administration of Shexiangbaoxin pills for coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients provides better curative effect than conventional drug therapy. This method shows good drug tolerance and few adverse drug reactions， and it is worth promoting. 【Key words】 Coronary heart disease angina pectoris； Shexiangbaoxin pills； Tolerance； Safety 冠心病心绞痛是在冠状动脉粥样硬化的基础上， 由于冠状动脉供血不足， 心肌急性、暂时性缺血缺氧所导致的常见心血管疾病[1]；其发病迅速， 且恢复后易复发， 出现冠心病心绞痛的情况下不及时采取有效治疗， 将会导致心肌缺血、缺氧性不可逆性损伤， 严重者可致死[2， 3]。藿香保心丸是由人工麝香、人参、人工牛黄等中药材提取炼制而成的具有缓解气滞血瘀所致的胸痹、固定不移等症状；在临床应用中针对心肌缺血症状有很好的治疗效果[4-6
