同轴微切口白内障超声乳化术后角膜散光效果分析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.11.191 [摘要] 目的 探讨白内障患者在1.8 mm同轴微切口白内障超声乳化与3.0 mm切口白内障手术下的术后角膜散光效果。方法 该研究方便选取于2015年2月―2016年2月就诊该院（吉化集团公司总医院眼科）的白内障患者60例82眼，并随机分为观察组白内障患者40眼，对照组白内障患者42眼。观察组的白内障患者行1.8 mm同轴微切口白内障超声乳化摘除联合微切口人工晶体植入术，对照组的白内障患者行常规3 mm切口白内障手术。记录两组白内障患者术后1个月、术后3个月的术后裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、角膜散光、角膜内皮计数等。结果 观察组?g后3个月的裸眼视力（0.84±0.12）明显高于对照组（0.75±0.16），比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采取1.8 mm同轴微切口白内障超声乳化术的白内障患者的术后裸眼视力恢复较好，且角膜散光较低，具有较好的临床效果，值得应用推广 [关键词] 同轴微切口；角膜散光；白内障；术后裸眼视力 [中图分类号] R779.66 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（b）-0191-03 Analysis of Effect of Coaxial Micro-incision Cataract Phacoemulsification on Corneal Astigmatism SUN Yi-yuan1， LI Tong2 1.Department of Ophthalmology， General Hospital of Jilin Chemical Group Company， Jilin， Jilin Province， 132021 China；2.Department of Ophthalmology， Jilin Aier Ophthalmology Hospital， Jilin， Jilin Province， 132021 China [Abstract] Objective To discuss the postoperative corneal astigmatism effect of 1.8mm coaxial micro-incision cataract phacoemulsification and 3.0mm incision cataract surgery.
