听性脑干检测在突发性耳聋中临床应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 探?听性脑干检测在突发性耳聋中的临床应用价值。方法 选取2015年1～12月我院收治的50例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象，按照发病时间分为两组，观察组1组发病时间≤3个月，观察2组发病时间3个月，与此同时，选择耳科常规检查正常、无既往耳疾病史、纯音听阈25 dn内的20耳作为对照组，上述人员均接受听性脑干检测，比较三组各主波的引出率、峰间潜伏期以及潜伏期。结果 观察1组、观察2组的Ⅰ波、Ⅲ波、Ⅴ波引出率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察1组、观察2组各波的引出率、潜伏期、峰间潜伏期比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 听性脑干检测在突发性耳聋中的特异性显著，值得临床推广 [关键词]听性脑干检测；突发性耳聋；应用价值；引出率；峰间潜伏期 [中图分类号] R764.43+7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）04（b）-0119-03 Clinical application value of auditory brainstem detection in sudden deafness MA Li YIN Xiao-hui Department of Ear-Nose-Throat，People′s Hospital of Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region，Changji 831100，China [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical application value of auditory brainstem detection in sudden deafness.Methods 50 cases of sudden deafness in our hospital from January to December in 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research object，and divided into two groups according to the time of onset of the disease，the onset time of the observation group 1 was less than or equal to 3 months，and the onset time of the observation group 2 was more than 3 months.At the same time，20 cases of normal ear underwent routine examination，and past history of no ear disease，pure tone audiometry in 25 dn were selected as the control group.All of them received auditory brainstem detection，and main wave extraction rate，inter peak latency and latency in the three groups were compared.Results The extraction rate of Ⅰ wave，Ⅲ wave and Ⅴ wave in the observation group 1 and the observation group 2 was significantly lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the extraction rate，latency and inter peak latency of each wave between the observation group 1 and the observation group 2 （P0.05）.Conclusion The specificity of auditory brainstem detection in sudden deafness is significant，which is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　[Key words]Auditory br
