摘要 : 在竞争日益激烈的市场条件下 , 企业成长倍受关注。多角度、全方位地研究企业成长, 其意义不
言而喻。但大部分企业成长理论仅注意到了企业成长过程中的某一个方面, 没有对其进行全面的分析。
引入企业成长的动态能力理论, 从内外两个角度出发全面研究企业成长。

Absrtact : Due to the increasingly competitive market conditions , the corporate grouth has attracted wide attention now.
It is important to have an analysis from an all - round angle. However , most of enterprises only fix on some aspects in
their growth while missing the others. By introducing the dynamic theory on the corporate grouth , the paper holds an anal2
ysis from both internal and external angles.
