Shanghai Pudong Iron Steel Co Shanghai, 200126, China) Abstract: Conjugated the practice of continuous casting of steel, the temperature change of 37Mn5 steel in ladle w as numerically simulated by Finite Cont rol Volume method and the temperature declination institution from ladle to tundish was analyzed and predicated by Statistics Regression and Neural Network method. The results indicated that the average superh eat of tundish is 30℃, which is higher than optimum one. The temperature declination from ladle to tundish is 25 ℃. The optim um temperature of liquid steel before reaching to ladle turret is T + (51~ 60) ℃ for L first teeming furnace and T L+ ( 41~ 50) ℃
