HST基本原理(1Pump2Motors)概要1

* Overrun control does not function in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd speeds. When the travel speed exceeds the set value at the fourth speed, the HST controller sets the capacity of motor 2 to the maximum; brakes the machine; and lowers the machine speed. When the travel speed lowers to the set value, the HST controller sets the capacity of motor 2 to the minimum to place the machine into the normal travel mode. On a downhill of which angle of inclination exceeds the set value, the HST brake capacity cannot decelerate the machine, and overrun control does not function. * This circuit diagram shows the entire HST circuit that consists of one pump and two motors. Check four basic circuits. * Operation Port A is connected to the HST pump charge circuit, and port B to the drain circuit. The oil delivered by the HST charge pump is blocked by the check valve of the high pressure relief valve, PPC, and clutch. The blocked circuit raises the hydraulic pressure of port A; pushes piston 3 rightward; lets out the oil of port A to port B; and controls the hydraulic pressure of port A in the set up range. * Functions The DA (Drehzahl Abh?ngig) valve generates the HST pump control pressure according to the engine speed. As the engine speed is high, the HST pump control pressure becomes high, as the engine speed is low, the HST pump control pressure becomes low. * Operation Port P1 is connected to the HST charge pump discharge port. Port P2 is connected to the low pressure relief valve circuit. Port P3 is connected to the servo cylinder of the HST pump through the forward reverse shift valve. The oil supplied from the HST charge pump generates a pressure difference in ports P1 and P2 by the orifice of the pilot poppet (5), and moves the pilot poppet leftward. When the pilot poppet moves leftward, a circuit to port P3 is provided, and the oil in the low pressure side of the orifice is fed to the HST pump servo cylinder through the forward reverse shift valve.
