Hunan Cuisine 湘菜;As we all konw,there are eight famous cuisines(菜系) in China,although, today the boundary between them become unclearly however we can still pick up some famous dishes from each of them. Now i will introduce some famous dishes in Huan Cuisne to you,let`s begin our food trail(旅行).;the history of hunan cuisine;in 1974 ,the MaWangDui (马王堆)of the western han Dynasty tomb unearthed in changsha found many things assosiated with cooking technology data.among the earlist a batch of bamboo menu,it records the cooking methods(方法)of 103 kinds of rare dishes .;The characteristics of Hunan cuisine;湘菜,是我国历史悠久的一个地方风味菜。湖南地处我国中南地区,气候温暖,雨量充沛,自然条件优越。湘北是著名的洞庭湖平原,素称鱼米之乡。在《史记》中曾记载了楚地地势饶食,无饥馑之患。 1974年,在长沙马王堆出土的西汉古墓中,发现了许多同烹饪技术相关的资料。其中有迄今最早的一批竹简菜单,它记录了103种名贵菜品和炖、焖、煨、烧、炒、熘、煎、熏、腊等九类的烹调方法。唐穴时期长沙又是文人荟萃之地。到明清时期,湘菜又有了新的发展,并列为我国八大菜系之一。;Anton chicken(安东子鸡);Five yuan fairy chicken(五元神仙鸡);;why it was called Mao`s Pork braised in brown sauce?
