第 42卷第 8期 中南大学学报(自然科学版)  Vol.42  No.8  2011 年 8 月  Journal of Central South University (Science and Technology)  Aug. 2011  艾叶挥发油明胶微球的制备及其性能表征 詹国平，郝丽  (中南大学 化学化工学院，湖南 长沙，410083)  摘要：制备新型艾叶挥发油明胶微球，探究其最佳制备工艺，并对其形态学性质和载药性进行研究，以增加艾叶 挥发油在制剂中的稳定性，从而增强其药物疗效。实验中以天然的生物可降解明胶为载体，采用乳化交联法用不 同复合凝聚剂制备微球，并通过考察微球粒径及分布、载药量和包封率等指标，采用正交试验设计法优化微球的 制备工艺；通过显微镜、扫描电镜和紫外分光光度法等对微球的性能进行研究。研究结果表明：在最佳制备工艺 条件下，采用复合凝聚剂所制备的艾叶挥发油明胶微球形态圆整，粒径均匀，分散性良好，平均粒径为 23.25 μm， 平均载药量(质量分数)为 8.52%，药物包封率为 29.35%，重现性较好；优选制备工艺所得微球具有较强的储存稳 定性和操作稳定性，工艺具有可行性。 关键词：艾叶；挥发油；明胶微球；正交试验设计 中图分类号：TQ460.6  文献标志码：A  文章编号：1672−7207(2011)08−2239−06  Preparation and characterization of gelatin microspheres of  volatile oils from Folium Artemisiae Argyi  ZHAN Guo­ping, HAO Li  (School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Central South University, Changsha 410083, China)  Abstract: An efficient procedure was selected to prepare a new type of the gelatin microspheres of volatile oils from  Folium Artemisiae Argyi, and its morphologypropertyand drug loadingwere exploredto improve the stability of volatile  oils from Folium Artemisiae Argyi in medicine. In the experiments, degradable gelatin was used as a carrier, and the  microspheres were prepared by emulsifying and cross­linking technique. Orthogonal design method was used to obtain  the best technique,with the diameter of the microspheres,its distribution, utilization ratio of oil, and drug loading amount,  envelop rate as the indexes. The product was characterized via microscope,  scanning  election microscope  and UV  spectrophotomet
