论IGCC电站煤气化工艺技术选择 顾欣 (华东电力设计院,上海市 200063 Discussing to Choosing of Gasification Technology in IGCC Power Plant GU Xin (East China Electric Power Design Institute, Shanghai 200063, China) 摘 要:目前国内已经启动多项整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)电站建设项目,煤气化炉的选型是最终实现IGCC发电方案的关键。本文在充分论述各种煤气化工艺的分类、发展、结构以及特点的基础上,提出适合IGCC电站的煤气化工艺。总的来说,IGCC发电项目适合采用气流床煤气化技术,气流床气化技术主要分为干煤粉进料和湿法水煤浆进料两种方式。IGCC纯发电或带供热机组,适合采用发电效率较高,设备以及燃烧喷嘴寿命长,运行费用低的干煤粉气化炉。IGCC与煤基多联产,建议采用水煤浆湿法激冷方案。采用湿法激冷气化炉进行化工品的生产时,不需要补入大量蒸汽进行CO变换用于满足甲醇合成和制氢碳氢比的需要,并且湿法水煤浆进料气化炉国产力度大,初投资费用低。煤气化炉选型的建议将对IGCC电站的建设具有指导意义。 :整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC);煤气化;气流床;干煤粉;水煤浆 :顾欣(1977- ),女,工程师,从事机务专业设计工作。 Abstract:At present, a number of integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power plant construction projects have been launched, and the selection of the coal gasifier is the key factor of ultimate realization of IGCC power plant. In this paper, the full range of coal gasification process on the classification, development, structure and characteristics were discussed. The proper gasification process for IGCC power plant was provided. In general, the coal gasification technology of fluid injected bed is most appropriate for IGCC power plant. The gasification technology of the fluid injected bed is divided into dry pulverized coal and wet coal-water slurry feed in two ways. IGCC net power or with heating units, the suitable gasification technology is the dry pulverized coal gasifier with higher power generation efficiency, long life equipment and combustion nozzle, low operating costs. IGCC and coal-based joint product, the proposed project is coal-water slurry using wet cooling program. When producing chemicals, wet cooling program do not need to fill a large number of steam into the transformation of CO for methanol synthesis and hydrogen production, and wet coal-water slurry feed gasifier is domestic, so with low-cost initial investment. Choosing of the proposed coal gasifier will be instructive for IGCC power plant construction. Key words:integrated gasification combined cy
