Laser power affects the macro-quality, microstructure a d micro-hard ess of the claddi g layer also.A co ti uous a d smooth layer ca ot be obtai ed if the laser power is lower tha 1. 5kW,while large crystal particles appears i the claddi g layer a d the correspo di g hard ess obviously if the laser power is higher tha 2.0kW.
