Teaching Methods: Listening and saying Pair work and group work Teaching aids: Tape recorder Procedures: Step 1 Greetings and Lead-in Greet the whole class. Ask Ss to do Warm-up. Encourage Ss to talk about different jobs and their duties according to the sentence pattern : “ What are they doing? What are their jobs? _____ is _____. ______is a______.” Let the Ss read the words about different work rightly. Introduce briefly all kinds of jobs and their duties. Step 2 Listening 1 Learn the new words of this part.
