对中国经济发展文化成本探析 　摘要：中国本土经济学的独特贡献在于解释中国经济发展的路径选择。目前从资本积累、技术进步与制度变迁多个角度的理论解释深化了人们对中国经济增长与停滞、转型与复兴的理解。随着研究的深入，文化价值观因素成为解释中国经济发展的一个无法忽略的变量。对此，不仅西方主流经济学缺乏研究，以文化产业和文化政策为主的旧文化经济学也没有深入分析。这促使了以文化价值观为研究对象的新文化经济学在中国的兴起。本文认为文化成本分析范式最有可能解释文化现象和中国的文化变迁。从文化成本这一核心概念出发，本文构建了新文化经济学的理论体系，并对应用这一理论解释中国经济发展作了初步展望。 关键词：中国经济发展；新文化经济学；文化成本 Abstract: Chinas unique contribution to the local economics is to explain China’s economic development path to choose. From the current capital accumulation, technological progress and changes in the system point of view of a number of theories to explain the deepening of people in China?s economic growth and stagnation, with the revival of the understanding of the transition. Key words: China’s economic development; new culture of Economics; the cost of culture 一、观点：中国经济发展的文化约束论 西方主流经济学在中国的迅猛传播所带来的不仅是分析方法上的大量借鉴，更重要的是改变了中国学者对于经济学研究任务、对象与范式的传统看法。当越来越多的经济学家将解释事实作为经济学的首要任务后，大量的熟视无睹的现象被纳入了经济学分析的框架。不仅国家的起源、家庭的规模、法制的建立和腐败的盛行成为经济学研究的热门话题，而且宗教信仰、伦理道德、婚姻爱情、流行疾病也成为解释的对象。对于中国本土经济学而言，最有条件和最应解释的现象无疑是中国发展路径的选择与变迁。事实上，近年来已经有大量的论著对中国经济的增长与停滞、转型与复兴作出解释。 在工业革命前的一千多年里，中国古代社会依靠传统农业为核心的社会经济结构，取得了世界上最为丰硕的经济成就。根据著名经济学家麦迪森(AngusMadison)的研究，“在目前这个千年期的开始阶段，中国的经济就人均收入而言是领先于世界的，这种领先
