Abstract In or er to improve beat frequency stability in the ualfrequency laser with piezoelectric trans ucer for
frequency stability, various error factors were analyze , an with special attention on mo e pulling effect. Due to
mo e pulling effect, beat frequency stability was influence by path length, gain an temperature. When an or inary
power supply was use , the beat frequency stability of the laser was 4 . 5 10- 8 in a constant temperature room.
When a highstability power supply was use , the beat frequency stability was 1. 2 10- 9 . Beat frequency has
relation between current an temperature was obtaine , which also showe gain an temperature ha important
influence on beat frequency. Therefore, in or er to obtain high beatfrequency stability in the ualfrequency lasers,
variations of path length, current an temperature shoul be re uce .
