Vo 1. 10.No.2 l.f. ft育份钱 2012 年第 10 卷第 2 期 ·专题· 大学生过早实习: 促:是抑或阻碍学止参与? 石卫林 (北京大学教育学院，北京 100871 ) 摘要:低年级大学生参与实习，对学业参与具有促进还是阻碍作用?本文利用 2010 年首都高校学生发 展调查数据，通过实证研究发现:相对于未参与实习的学生，实习有益于促进学业参与。进一步研究表明，多 样化实习参与对学业参与的影响存在着显著差异。实习功能类型会显著影响学生的学业参与，随着实习功 能由羊一的专业知识互补转向兼具知识互补与经验累积的就业体验功能，实习对学业参与的强化效应愈 强。同时，不同时长选择偏好的实习体验对学业参与的影响差异统计上均不显著。据此，本文建议高等院校 应完善大学生就业体验型实习辅导制度，并预防大学生追求羊一经验增长、忽略知识王补的实习行为。 关键词:低龄化;实习参与;学业参与 中图分类号:G642.44 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1672-0059(2012)02-0020-08 Are Internships for University Junior Students Promoting or Hindering the Academic Engagement? SHI Wei-lin (Gradua1e School 01 Educati侃， Peking University, Beijing 100871, China) Abstract: For the university junior students, will the intemships promote or hinder their academic engagement? Based on the 2010 survey data of Beijing college student development, this paper discovers that students participating in intemship will benefit their academic engagement, compared with the non -involved students. Furthermore , it reveals that the academic engagement is significantly influenced by the functional type of intemship. In detail , the influence of the intemship on the academic engagement will become stronger according to the shift of intemship function. In addition, the differences in intemship preferences of time will not affect the academic engagement. Therefore , this paper suggests that the universities should improve the system of intemship and prevent the trends of intemship behavior of pursuing only experience gaining and ignoring the complementary effect of knowledge.
