Verbal communication nonverbal communication Chapter 1 Business Communication, Management and Success Internal audiences external audiences (P.6: Fig.1.1 1.2) 3 basic purposes of organizational writing: inform, requestor persuade, build goodwill. Criteria for effective messages: clear, complete, correct, saves reader’s time, builds goodwill.
