The novelmooring cables and electromagnetic couplers are de- signed. The transm ission efficiency is optmi ized based on themathem atics model of transm ission system. An opt-i m ized mooring cable arrangem ent is introduced to reduce the inductance of transm ission cable and proved by theory analysis. Expermi ents show that theproposed system can deliver sufficient power and thewaveform distortion ofbid-i rectional data transm issions is little. The proposed system allows easier attachm ent and detachment of devices to mooring w ires in anytmi e anywherewhich realizes the entire separation of themooring production and cast, avoiding the custom ization for every buoymooring cable.
