摘要 『目的1开发新的玉米秸秆酸解糖化工艺,以解决生物质制乙醇技术中酸解糖化法收率低等问题。『方法1采用单因素及正交试
验.考察了带压两段酸水解浓酸段和稀酸段的水解糖化规律和工艺务件。通过两段法浓酸预处理与稀酸水解相结合,对玉米秸秆进行
水解,并对水解爷件进行了优化。『结果1初步确定常压两段酸水解较优的水解工艺条件为:一段浓酸预处理中,酸浓度60%,酸固比
l2:l,水解时间30 min,温度45℃;二段稀酸水解中,水固比220:l,水解时间l20 min,水解温度 100℃。经两段水解后,总糖收率显著
增加,达93.8l%。『结论1首次提出常压两段酸水解工艺,该工艺务件温和、流程简单、成本低廉、总糖收率高、应用前景广阔。
