第2卷 第 4期 亚热带资源与环境学报 V0L 2 No．4 2007年12月出版 Journal of Subtropical Resources and Environment December 2007 福建省生物质工程产业发展前景 廖福霖，陈如凯，陈由强，张彦定，吴钦缘 方忠 (福建师范大学，福州350007) 摘要：在阐明世界生物质能发展现状和趋势的基础上，从中国和福建省的资源现状分析和需求 分析2方面，对福建省发展以生物能源为龙头的生物质产业群的资源与需求进行分析；根据福 建省生物能源技术发展的现状，分析了福建省生物质工程产业发展的经济可行性；提出福建省 生物能源产业的战略目标和战略重点，包括实施中应注意的问题、重点考察的领域、重大产业 化示范的可能区域和科技创新体系建设． 关键词：生物质能；生物质工程产业；福建发展目标；对策 中图分类号：TK6 文献标识码：A 文章编号(2007)04—0054～06 The Prospect of Fuj ian Bioenergy Engineering LIAO Fu—Iin，CHEN Ru—kai，CHEN You—qiang，ZHANG Yan-ding，WU Qin-yuan，FANG Zhong (Fujian Normal University，Fuzhou 350007，China) Abstract：Compared tO other forms of renewable energy，bio energy has incomparable advan— tage and expects tO play a key role in future energy industry．We can even foresee the forma— tion of bio—energy engineering industry groups in coming years．This is why bio—energy has been put as a priority for energy development in many countries around the world．For China and especially for Fujian province，the need tO develop bio—energy industry is even more ur— gent．With huge market，mature technology，rich resource base and remarkable rural labor—in— tensive advantage，the province is taking efforts tO quicken the pace of bio—energy develop— ment．In this study，the supply—demand situation，resources base，economic feasibility and technological availability，of developing bio—energy engineering in Fujian province were ana— lyzed．Strategic objectives and priority fields were identified，and the special concerns in imple— mentation，the establishment of demonstration proj ects，the building of technological innova— tion system，and relevant policies were also presented． Key words：bio—energy；bio—energy
