温州低压电器产业转型升级对对外贸易的影响研究 【摘要】温州低压电器产业产品技术含量低，在出口中只能占据中低端市场，为了改变这一现状，需要通过转型升级实现革命。但是，转型升级并非一个简单的过程，需要投入大量的科技研发，实现技术创新和工艺改造，也需要政府的政策扶持才能有效地实行。在温州低压电器产业转型升级的过程中，产品的出口量和出口额也在逐步上升，同时，由于国际经济开始复苏，需求量也逐渐扩大，对整体产业也是一个巨大机遇。希望通过转型升级能够进一步的扩大出口，改善出口产品的结构，提升产品的国际竞争力，同时在一些高端产品上实现进口替代；转型升级同时也会带来一些负向的影响，在这一方面上也要有相关的对策来实施予以解决。 【】 The Implications of the Transformation and Upgrade of Low-voltage Apparatus Industry on Foreign Trade in Wenzhou 【Abstract】Low-voltage apparatus industry in Wenzhou has low level in the technology, so the export of whole industry only can occupy in the low level. In order to change this situation, it needs transformation and upgrade. However, transformation and upgrade are not very simple, it needs more input in the research and development of science and technology, so that technological innovation and improvement can be fulfilled. It also needs the support of policy from the government. In the process of transformation and upgrade, the value and amount of export gradually increase; meanwhile, thanks to the recovery of the international economy, the need of product is increasing, it also is the huge opportunity to the industry. And then, through the transformation and upgrade the export can be taken in the new high level, and change the structure of the export products, and increase the international competitiveness, what’s more, can fulfill the import substitution in the high-end products.
