山东省大学生科技创新大赛 作品研究报告 电池板清洗专家 Solar panel cleaning machine 研 究 报 告 摘要 在太阳能产品为人们带来巨大便利的同时，也带来了一些问题。由于太阳能板产生电压需要有充足的阳光，这就要求把太阳板置于阳光下，也就是放在户外，通常在干旱、光照强烈、沙尘严重的西部，这样，不可避免的时间一长太阳能板上就会布满灰尘，影响太阳能板的工作效率。然而，在等特殊环境中进行一直以来是一个令人头疼的问题。为了这些，我们制作了这辆。该车使用的主控芯片为超单片机，同时集成了及等设备，实现了在各种复杂环境中检测、小车精确定位、自动记忆路径等功能。。另外小车电路实现了低功耗设计，在不影响正常工作的前提下减少了电池的负担，配合太阳能电池板，更加节能环保。小车的这些功能使其也可以完成家居环境，代替等工作。 关键词：传感器 检测 路径记忆节能环保 低功耗 ABSTRACT In solar products bring great convenience for people at the same time, also brought some problems. In order to convenient for clearing the solar panels in a timely manner, we made the intelligent cleaning the car.The sweeper using the master control chip for cost-effective ultra-high bo gen MCU, and integrate the power detection module, wireless camera, cleaning equipment and various sensors and other equipment, has realized the power detection in the complex environment, the image acquisition, the car precise positioning, automatic obstacle avoidance path, automatic memory, cleaned, and other functions. In order to improve the cars ability to adapt to the complex environment, we add the obstacle-surmounting module to car. Car GPRS positioning can be realized, can also be controlled by mobile phone.Another car circuit to achieve the low power design, in does not affect the normal work under the premise of reducing the burden of the battery, solar panels, more energy conservation and environmental protection.
