直热式热泵恒温调节控制系统硬件设计论文

摘要传统热水器以燃气热水器、电热水器、太阳能热水器为主,然而这些热水器都大多高能耗、污染大,并且这些传统热水器的技术已基本趋于完善。为了响应国家节能减排的号召,以及满足人们对舒适节能安全的需要,提出本空气能热水器的开发。空气能热水器最大特点是水电分离、无辅助电加热,完全杜绝隐患。本设计拟研制一种基于快速PID调节的直热式空气能热水器恒温控制系统,该系统由控制主机、显示从机、阀门控制执行机构三部分组成,控制主机实时监测进水温度、环境温度的变化,根据不同环境温度选择不同PID参数,通过PID算法调节阀门控制执行机构,控制进水流量保证恒温出水。显示从机通过RS485串口与控制主机进行通信实现温度显示、PID等参数设置功能。本设计在硬件和软件两方面实现了系统的要求,该系统具有控制简单、安装方便、不受季节和地理位置的影响等优点,并在节能、环保等方面有着突出贡献。关键词: AT89S52,温度采集控制,DS18B20,PID参数,RS485通信ABSTRACTThe traditional water heater with gas water heaters, electric water heater, solar water heater, the water heater are mostly high energy consumption, heavy pollution, and these traditional water heater technology tends to be perfect. From the machine through the serial port and RS485 control host computer communication to achieve temperature display, PID parameter setting function.Design and implementation of the requirements of the system in two aspects of hardware and software, the system has the advantages of simple control, convenient installation, and is not affected by seasons and geographical location, and has made outstanding contributions to energy-saving, environmental protection etc..Ke
