Human beings have noticed a strange phenomenon that individual or groups of whale often adventurely trip to the beach at low tide, eventually beached and died. Dr Margaret Klinowska,from the University of Cambridge,suggested in 1983 that the reason why the whales strand is the unhelpfull contours(磁力线) on the magnetic landscape. Dr Joseph Krischvink believes in the whales magnetic sense(磁性感知力),but does not think the magnetic anomalies(磁场异常) cause the stranding. What should we do ? First of all，use a wet towel to cover the whales body，drench （淋水）water every 2 minutes, to avoid deprivation （脱水）of body fluids. Because whales are mammals, with lung breath, so you cant make water or debris （杂物）into its blowhole, so as to avoid choking water（呛水）。 At the same time should be given to the shade to avoid direct sunlight, otherwise will be very difficult to treat because of dehydration.
