第四届全国大学生统计建模大赛 参赛作品 网店销量影响因素探究 ——基于淘宝平台的实证分析 作者姓名： 陈红姣 张佳思 岳娇 指导教师： 王孟欣 田雅娟 单位名称： 河北大学经济学院 完成时间： 2015年6月15 日 网店销量影响因素探究 ——基于淘宝平台的实证分析 摘 要 随着支 、物流等软硬件设施的逐步完善，网购观念的普及，越来越多的企 业和个人加入到网商的行列。要在激烈的竞争中抓住机遇留住更多的顾客，提高 网店销量，成为一个值得研究的问题。 本文以在淘宝网上搜集的350条数据为基础，分析了好评率、价格、曝光率 对网店月均销量的影响。首先，我们采用层次分析法确定曝光率，以实现其量化； 并运用SPSS Modeler软件对曝光率建立决策树来实现对其高低程度的影响因素 探究。其次，通过灰色关联分析法计算好评率、价格、曝光率与网店销量的关联 度，进而建立多元回归模型，定量分析网店销量与三者的关系。然后，为改进模 型，我们又选用多项Logistic 回归从模型的适用度角度进行分析。为保证探究 结果的有效性，建模期间我们综合运用统计学、数据挖掘和抽样技术方法，以及 SPSS和R软件来确保数据的质量。最后通过对所建模型结果的分析，为网店销 售量的提高提出可行性建议。 关键词：层次分析法 决策树 灰色关联 MATLAB 曲线拟合工具箱 多项 Logistic 回归 ResearchontheFactorsAffectingVolume ofSalesofOnlineStores ——EmpiricalAnalysisBasedonTaobaoPlatform Summary With the gradual improvement of payment, logistics and other software and hardware facilities,and the popularity of the concept of online shopping, more and more companies and individuals begin to join the ranks of network operators.
