计 算 机 系 统 应 用 2011 年 第 20 卷 第 2 期 ① PDM 结合FMEA 进行金融设备的故障诊断 1 1 2 汪成亮 ，谷民杰 ，陈娟娟 1(重庆大学 计算机学院，重庆 400044) 2(重庆师范大学 计算机与信息科学学院，重庆 400047) 摘 要：金融系统的故障诊断要求标准高，针对金融系统金融产品从设计到生产相关文档齐全，各零部件参数 详细，有着明确统一的标准的特点。在简单介绍 PDM 和 FMEA 的基础上，提出了PDM 与 FMEA 相结合生成故 障树进行金融设备故障诊断与维护的方法，将金融产品构成信息、产品功能信息及维修信息并融合产品设计阶 段获取的诊断知识，进行诊断，使产品的设计、诊断与维护形成一个有机整体。详细阐述了 PDM 结合 FMEA 的 生成故障树的知识表达及规则生成的原理，并以 ATM 机为例进行了验证。 关键词：PDM ；FMEA ；ATM ；故障树；故障诊断 Failure Diagnosis of Financial Equipment Based on PDM Combining With FMEA 1 1 2 WANG Cheng-Liang , GU Min-Jie , CHEN Juan-Juan 1(Department of Computer Science, Chongqing University, Chongqing 400044, China) 2(Department of Computer and Information Science, Chongqing Normal University, Chongqing 400047, China) Abstract: Financial system demands high standard for failure diagnosis, and financial products in this system have a whole set of instruction documents covering design to production and also detailed parameters, which are all clearly defined. Based on a brief introduction of PDM and FMEA, the paper proposed a method of failure tree generated by PDM combining with FMEA to diagnose and maintain financial system. This method can execute diagnosis by the information of formation, function, and maintenance of financial products, integrated with diagnosis information acquired in product design period. It would make the processes of product design, failure diagnosis and product maintenance as an organic whole. The paper illustrated in detail the principles of knowledge and regulation for creating failure tree generated by PDM combining with FMEA, and the method was further testified on ATM case.
