儿童行为测听技术的应用与发展 Application and Development of Pediatric Behavioral Audiometry 邹建华 王江虹 [摘要] 目的 行为测听技术有其独特的优势，有着电生理测 听技术不可替代的作用，在临床听力学特别是聋儿康复过程中贯 穿始终，不但用于小儿听力损失的诊断，在小儿助听听阈获得及 人工耳蜗调试中起着重要作用。方法 笔者结合多年的工作实践， 谈谈儿童行为测听技术应用的心得。结果 1、儿童行为测听技术 的优势在于能够反映出听觉器官对声音的传导与感知、感觉与运 动神经的传导、大脑中枢神经系统对声音的整合以及效应器官的 [1] 反应等全过程，因此被认为是真正意义上的听力检测 。2、儿童 行为测听方法虽然有其优势，但也有它的不足，扬长避短通常采 用组合性的听力测试方法。3、儿童行为测听是一项技巧性很强的 技术。结论 小儿的主观听力评估要比成人面临更多的困难和挑战 [1]；小儿的行为测听技术是一项很有意义、实用性很强的技术， 与电生理测听技术既有相互关联又不能相互取代的关系，有很大 的实用价值，特别是聋儿康复过程中，它贯穿始终，因此在应用 过程中应扬长避短；儿童行为测听技术有很大的发展前景。 [关键词] 儿童 行为测听 应用与发展 [Abstract] With the rapid development of diagnostic audiology, there comes more and more audiometries. Though advanced electrophysiology audiometry takes a prominence place in clinical and rehabilitation audiology, behavioral audiometry has its unique advantage, which electrophysiology audiometry cannot supercede. Thus, behavioral audiometry runs through the process of the recovery of deaf children, not only in the diagnose of pediatric auditory loss, also in the hearing-aid threshold obtaining and the adjustment of artificial cochlea. This article is based on the author’s clinical experience in the application of pediatric behavioral audiometry. 1 The superiority of pediatric behavioral audiometry lies in the fact that this audiometry can reflect a serious activities, like auditory organ’s conduction and sensation of sound, the transmission of sense and motor nerve, cerebral central nervous system’s blending of sound and also the feedback of effector. 2 Though advantages it has, pediatric behavioral audiometry has its deficiency.
