To control the resonant frequency band and suppress high-order harmon鄄 ics,aroundholeisduginthecenterofthering-slotantenna. Twosemicirculargroovesareopenedonthe inner edge of the slot to reduce the antenna size and create circularly polarization. The voltage-doubler rectifier circuiteffectively improvesoutput DCvoltageoftherectenna. Simulationresultsshow thattheres鄄 onant bandwidth (VSWR2) of the antenna is 17.6%and circularly polarized bandwidth (AR3dB) up to3.7%. The rectifying efficiency can reach59% and DC output voltage 1.7V when the rectifier circuit has0dBm inputpower.
