含负折射率材料的光子晶体异质结构的能带 张正仁1﹡ 隆正文1 袁玉群2 郭光杰1 (1贵州大学物理系 贵阳 550025; 贵阳 550025型正负折射率材料交替生成的一维异质结构光子晶体。由于传输矩阵法具有方法简单、计算量低、精确度好等优点。本文利用传输矩阵法,研究了电磁波在其中的传输特性。由透射谱可以看出该结构光子晶体具有宽窄不同的通带,整个能带结构不敏感于周期数的变化,但敏感于晶格厚度和入射角的改变:随着晶格厚度的减少禁带逐渐变宽,在原来的通带区逐渐形成多个禁带,通带区震荡剧烈程度逐渐减弱;随着入射角的增加在原来的通带区也会逐渐出现多个禁带,在低频区逐渐出现的禁带都比较窄,而在高频区则逐渐出现一个很宽的禁带,并且这个禁带随着入射角的增加而变宽,同时透射峰随入射角的增加逐渐向低频移动。由此可以看出,这种光子晶体可以同时实现窄带滤波和宽带滤波的双重滤波功能 关键词:光子晶体;负折射率材料;透射谱;传输矩阵 中图分类号:O431 文献标识码:A Band structures of photonic crystal heterostructure consisting of negative materials ZHANG Zheng-ren1 LONG Zheng-wen1 YUAN Yu-qun2 GUO Guang-jie1 (1Department of Physics, Guizhou University, Guiyang, 550025, China;2Department of Electronics, Guizhou University, Guiyang, 550025, China) Abstract: Constructing the one-dimensional photonic crystal heterostructure in the form of . The propagation properties of electromagnetic for the photonic crystal are studied by transfer matrix which is a easy and accuracy method with low calculation. The transmission spectrum reveals that the band structures of the photonic crystal with narrow and large pass-band is insensitive to the change of periodicity but it is sensitive to the variety of incident angles and the scale length of crystal lattice. With the decrease of the scale length of lattice, the width of band gap gradually increase, the intensity of pass-band become weaker, and a number of new band gaps gradually are formed in the original pass-band. With increasing the incident angles, a number of new band gaps are also gradually formed in the original pass-band. The band gaps in the low-frequency range are narrow. However, a large band gap appears in high-frequency range. The large band gap become wide with increasing incident angles. Simultaneity, the transmission peaks move to the low-frequency area with increasing the incident angles. The results show that this kind of heterostructure can be used as both a narrow-band filter and large-scale wide-band filter at the same time. Keywords: photo
