第33 卷 第1 期 桉树科技 Vol.33 No .1 2016 年3 月 EUCALYPT SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY Mar.2016 3 种风铃木扦插繁殖技术研究 尚秀华，高丽琼，张沛健，林 彦，彭 彦＊ ( 国家林业局桉树研究开发中心，广东 湛江 524022) 摘要：本文以黄花风铃木、红花风铃木、紫花风铃木为对象，研究不同植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间对 其扦插生根的影响。结果表明：风铃木属于难以扦插生根的植物，生根所需时间较长，红花风铃木扦插40 d 后开 始生根，黄花风铃木扦插70 d 后开始生根；紫花风铃木穗条扦插45 d 后全部死亡，均未生根。红花风铃木扦插 效果较好，植物生长调节剂ABT 浓度1 000 mg·L-1 生根效果最好，生根率达到61.54%；黄花风铃木最高生根率 为20%，扦插130 d 后仍有存活穗条但未生根，ABT 处理黄花风铃木扦插效果最好，植物生长调节剂浓度越高扦 插效果越好，浸泡时间不易超过 10 min 。 关键词：风铃木；扦插繁殖；植物生长调节剂；生根率 中图分类号：S685.99 文献标识码：A Three Kinds of Tabebuia chrysantha Cuttings SHANG Xiu-hua, GAO Li-qiong, ZHANG Pei-jian , LIN Yan, PENG Yan (China Eucalypt Research Centre, Zhanjiang 524022, Guangdong, China) Abstract : This paper reports on a study to examine the influence of different plant growth regulators, differ- ent growth regulator concentrations and different soaking times on the rooting success of cuttings of Tabebuia chrysanthes, Tabebuia impetiginosa and Handroanthus impetiginosus . The results showed that cut- tings of T. chrysanthes are difficult to root and required for a long time to initiate roots, no matter which treatments were applied. Whilst cuttings of T. chrysanthes took up to 70 days to root, all of the H. impetigi- nosus cuttings died after 45 days and had no rooting. T. impetiginosa had the highest rooting success, and achieved up to 61.5% rooting when treated with 1000 mg·L-1 ABT plant growth regulator.
